My name is Buffy and I love teaching group fitness classes. I’ve been doing this since 1993 and it still brings me joy every day.
I currently teach Step Aerobics, which combines cardio with light upper-body training, as well as Burn and Firm, a class focused on toning and sculpting your core and lower body.
I believe fitness should be challenging while still being fun, and I design my classes for all levels.
