My background is in dance with 18 years of practicing jazz, tap, and lyrical. During the last few years of my dance career, I assisted with student teaching. It was such a rewarding part of my life that I knew I wanted to teach again. After my dancing career ended, I started to take yoga classes, but it wasn’t until I joined Nautilus Fitness Center in the fall of 2021 that I started taking classes routinely. In 2025 I embarked on my own journey to get certified with BodSphere and their 200- Hours Yoga Teacher Training. After completion I became nationally certified with the Yoga Alliance specializing in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga.
I like to blend mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to create classes that are both grounding and energizing. My teaching style is warm, encouraging, and adaptable—welcoming students of all levels to explore their bodies and minds without judgment.
In my spare time I enjoy hiking, camping, and everything outdoors. It is the best pastime for a WV native. I am always willing to go on an adventure and plan to visit all the National Parks in the United States. My mission is simple: I strive to help others reconnect with themselves and discover the joy of living a fully present life.
