LI teach Cardio Dance and Line Dance on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and occasional Saturdays. I have been teaching since February 2024, but my passion for dance started as a child through competitive and recreational dance.

My classes are all about having fun while not even realizing that you are breaking a sweat!

 Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned dancer, I’m here to help you move, groove, and crush your fitness goals-one beat at a time! In my spare time I enjoy cooking, baking, reading, attending other fitness classes, and spending time with family & friends!
